Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager with extensive experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), program management, and operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects, optimising processes, and driving strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.



Key Responsibilities:

Program & Operational Management:

  • Oversee multiple product operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful service delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including requirement analysis, BRD preparation, and user story creation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery using tools like Jira, Notion, and Miro.
  • Coordinate task management and ensure continuous workflow through task forecasting and assignment.

SDLC & Technical Management:

  • Optimize SDLC processes, including EOL management, and implement best practices for product development.
  • Utilize SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and other database tools for data management and analytics.
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall) effectively.

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Manage and analyze product and customer data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and other tools for real-time insights.

Roadmap & Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps; monitor progress and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular status updates to the CEO and other stakeholders on quarterly and yearly commitments.

Financial & Contract Management:

  • Manage P&L, budget, SOW, SLA, and KPI metrics to ensure financial health and service quality.
  • Lead contract negotiation and management, aligning with organizational goals.

Risk, Portfolio, & Initiative Management:

  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives through effective portfolio management.



Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in program or operations management.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SDLC, data management, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and processes.



Good to have skills:

  • PMP (Agile), PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with EOL processes and product roadmap development.
  • Foster a robust documentation culture.
  • Implement training programs to support team development and operational excellence.
