About the role

We are looking for a motivated Coordinator, Paid Search, to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and management of media/advertising plans and strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing media/advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and clients.Support the strategy, launch, and evaluation of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Bing.Work with media buying partners to help execute programmatic media buys.Assist in budget management, implementation, and provide recommendations for adjustments.Manage daily campaign operations, including monitoring pacing/delivery, tracking optimizations, and addressing any emerging issues.Stay updated on Paid Digital Media trends, competitive landscape changes, and conduct keyword research.Support conversion rate analysis and provide recommendations for improving landing pages and website conversion points.Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on campaign performance and offer actionable insights for optimization.Requirements:1 year of hands-on experience in PPC/SEM.Confidence in client-facing interactions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.Familiarity with tools/platforms like Google AdWords, SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, RavenTools, and DataStudio.Certifications such as Google AdWords Certification, Google Analytics Certification, and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
