The Role
You'll own CRO execution across a portfolio of client accounts — from audit and hypothesis through test design, analysis, and reporting. This isn't a strategy-only position. You'll be in the data, writing copy, validating tracking, and presenting results to clients. You'll work independently while staying aligned with senior leadership, and you'll be expected to manage your own pipeline of tests.
What You'll Do
- Audit client websites and funnels to identify conversion blockers and prioritize opportunities
- Build and manage testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
- Analyze GA4, heatmap, and session recording data to surface actionable insights
- Write test copy — headlines, CTAs, form microcopy, and landing page content
- Validate and troubleshoot tracking via GTM and GA4
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients
- Maintain test documentation and hypothesis backlogs across accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience on lead gen and/or eCommerce sites
- Current GA4 certification (strictly required)
- Proficiency with at least one testing platform: Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or AB Tasty
- Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStory
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple clients in an agency environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with long consideration funnels, high-AOV/subscription DTC, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with ICE, PIE, or PXL prioritization frameworks
- Comfort collaborating with developers on test implementation and QA
