About the role

The Product Manager for Post Order Experience is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through technology-driven solutions, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision-making. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in product management and a customer-first mindset, working cross-functionally to implement impactful product features. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and prioritize product opportunities that enhance aspects of post order experience like customer support, returns, refunds, etc. Automate operational tasks using AI to build consistent, delightful experiences. Deep dive into analytics and user feedback to understand user needs. Envision and implement ways to improve poor experiences into delightful ones. Collaborate with Category, Support, and Growth teams to drive retention and word-of-mouth referrals. Design and conduct A/B tests and iterations to validate hypotheses and improve core experience metrics. Manage parts of the PnL with a focus on financial discipline and cost control. Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives from ideation to rollout.
