Intern Motherhub Operations

Role & responsibilities Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in the order fulfillment process to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders. Monitor real-time order flow using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with associates, area managers, and internal teams (e.g., Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control) to streamline operations and resolve workflow challenges. Clearly communicate findings and resolutions to relevant stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Record recurring issues and support site managers in root cause analysis and long-term resolution planning. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational protocols at all times. Adapt to various roles and departments based on dynamic operational requirements. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Any Graduate Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using computer systems, including WMS and MS Office tools Ability to lift up to 20 KG and remain on your feet for 1012 hour shifts in a fast- paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Experience working in cross-functional team environments Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
