About the role

Role Summary / Purpose
This role contributes to the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions within the Project Management function and will lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing fintech products. The position supports enterprise-grade systems and services, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensuring predictable and high‑quality delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and close technology projects within scope, time, and budget.
  2. Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  5. Report project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  6. Own RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Dependency) management with clear mitigation strategies and timely escalation. 
  7. Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 
  8. Manage 2–3 concurrent projects or serve as Program/Core PM for large engagements. 
  9. 6. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. 
  2. 5–10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or core banking systems
  3. Strong experience delivering technology projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
  4. Expertise in project tools (JIRA, MS Project, Planview, dashboards). 
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million‑dollar budgets and large teams (10–50 members). 

Desired Skills

  1. Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) as applicable
  2. Experience in capital markets and fintech products
  3. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
  4. Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, Prince2.
