Job Description
Role/ Position : Manager – SAP MM

Position Summary:
 Should be able to Design, Configure, Develop and implement SAP SD module.
 Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and
forms.
 Should have experience in providing project support (post go-live support) and be
able to analyse critical issues and defects and provide SAP solutions accordingly
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
 Facilitate Implementation and support of SAP MM.
 Good understanding of Organisation Structure and entire Purchase cycle, Purchase
Info Record, Pricing Procedure, Release Strategy and Price Determination.
Knowledge in Split Valuation, Inventory Management and in areas of Material
Master, Vendor Master, Interface with third party software, IDoc
 Procure-to-Pay process and configuration of- Material types, Material Groups,
Product Hierarchy, Account Groups, Partner Functions, Purchase Order document
types, Tolerance limits, Defining the Condition types, Access Sequence, Condition
Tables, Defining the Calculation Schemas, Schema Group for Purchasing
Organization, Stock Transport Orders, Account Assignment Categories, Release
Procedure, Valuation and Account Assignment, Invoice Verification, Batch
Management process & Return Management.
 Experience in User Exits, Print programs, Enhancements to meet the Business
Requirements of the Client., preparation of Functional specs.
 Interaction with Business (end users) on day-to-day issue handling, preparing training
documents, knowledge transfer
 Integration with other modules such as FICO
Education: BCA / MCA.
Experience: 8-10 years.
5-6 years in SAP-MM and 2-3 years in domain
Required Skills and Capabilities:
 Experience in Purchase related activities.
 Working experience in S4 HANA MM Module.
 Experience in at least 1 Implementation Project Experience in at least 1 Support
project.
 Good Communication skills.
