Design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and a comprehensive test management plan to ensure thorough coverage of all features. Execute test plans meticulously to identify software problems and their causes. Generate detailed test reports and maintain records of test progress and software bug resolution. Learn and master the application to be at par like a product specialist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists, implementation consultants (Project team members) to ensure clear communication and understanding of product specifications and requirements. Adapt testing practices to new software environments and updates swiftly and effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting enhancements to current procedures and methodologies. Develop automated tests to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency and coverage. Stay updated with the latest trends in software testing and technology to ensure modern approaches are applied. Participate in all phases of the project to ensure quality standards integration. Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on QA best practices and standards. Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and collaborate with project team for resolution.
