Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Transaction Processing:
- Assist customers with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.
Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Customer Education:
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions and assist with online banking queries.
