Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications to meet business requirements and improve customer service workflows. Develop integrations between ServiceNow CSM and other systems (e.g., CRM, third-party systems, back-office applications) using REST/SOAP APIs. Customize and extend ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, then translate them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Optimize platform performance and ensure that CSM processes are scalable and efficient. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CSM applications and processes. Implement ServiceNow CSM best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM functionality and integration.
