The Role
To design and deliver seamless, inclusive, and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms, while leading the ongoing development of our design system and visual identity.
This role will ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and consistently aligned with our brand, helping us build strong connections with our diverse customer base and communicate our value clearly across every touchpoint.
We aim to create experiences that are welcoming and usable for everyone, regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or circumstances.
Team Hybrid Working Style

The expectation for this role, will involve a minimum of one day each month - working out of our London Bridge office.
Key Accountabilities Include
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to understand complex problems and create simple experiences customers will love.
Create multiple concepts and prototypes and iterate ideas quickly.
Own the end-to-end user journey for our online banking platform, the mobile app and the marketing website.
This includes UX and UI design as well as creating compelling product marketing materials for our website, app stores, email campaigns and some offline marketing assets.
Lead the evolution of the Zempler design system and brand guidelines.
Conduct usability testing in collaboration with Product and Research to validate designs, gather user insights, and ensure a positive user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our products and features are compliant with regulations, adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and align with commercial objectives.
Partner closely with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and Marketing to champion the adoption of the design system and advocate for design best practices.
You'll Need to Have
Excellent interpersonal, communication as influencing skills.
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer. A portfolio of work covering a wide range of creative projects.
A strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and overall brand thinking.
Experienced working in a user centred design environment.
Experience working in a regulated environment.
Experienced in Figma and Adobe CC.
Comfortable working across the full design cycle from concept to detailed execution.
Ability to collaborate across different areas of the business – product, marketing, business development and internal teams.
