Backend Engineer - Java

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems, integrating with frontend components, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of our applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies - Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience - Implement secure and efficient data storage solutions, leveraging databases and other data storage technologies - Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes - Contribute to the overall architecture and technology decisions of the organization Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot - Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms - Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and web services - Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Good problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software - Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
