About the role
As Product Manager you will be part of the Product Management Team and will be pivotal to growing our products and services in line with our strategic goals. You work alongside our product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to create effective and innovative capabilities across our industry leading HR applications and services. This role will carry strategic responsibility for defining the roadmap and feature prioritisation for assigned products, ensuring we build the right things at the right time to drive business impact. Additionally, you will own the ongoing management, improvement and development of those products, working closely with our engineering and delivery teams to ensure quality, stability and alignment to customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and driving the product roadmap and backlog for assigned products/capabilities - Leveraging analytics, user feedback and market insights to continuously improve products - Representing the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs - Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales and other teams - Defining the product vision, strategy and requirements - Measuring and reporting on product performance and customer outcomes - Implementing product processes and governance - Identifying new product opportunities and concepts - Supporting go-to-market strategies and campaigns
