Role OverviewWe are looking for a Data Analyst to help our clients transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools, and a passion for solving business challenges through data.
Responsibilities- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Define and track key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different sources.
- Conduct A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analysis as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data processes.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is a plus.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
