Content Development: Generate fresh, original ideas and concepts for scripted and unscripted shows, series, and digital content tailored for Broadcast and OTT platforms. Script Writing & Review: Collaborate with writers to develop engaging and compelling scripts for original programming. Provide feedback and revisions to ensure content aligns with the platform's brand and audience. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and other content creators to shape the creative vision, tone, and style of programming. Market Research: Conduct thorough research on current trends, audience preferences, and competitors' offerings to inform the development of innovative content. Pitch & Presentation: Prepare and present creative pitches for new shows and projects to internal stakeholders and external partners. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget requirements, and creative standards. Cross-platform Content: Collaborate on content that can be adapted and optimized for multiple platforms including social media, web, and mobile apps. Audience Engagement: Understand viewer data and analytics to guide content decisions that drive engagement and growth on Broadcast/OTT platforms. Quality Control: Ensure that all content aligns with platform guidelines, broadcasting standards, and legal regulations, maintaining a high level of production quality.
