By embedding directly within teams, these folks make sure every automation fits seamlessly into daily workflows and drives real results. ABOUT YOU - This role is background-agnostic but bias-for-building. Great candidates may come from: - Software engineering (esp. those who've worked on internal tools) - No-code ops or tech-savvy program managers (ex: heavy Zapier/Airtable users) - Startup generalists with automation instincts - Prompt/context engineers or LLM product hackers - Technical Execution: Proven rapid prototyping ability with no-code platforms or coding environments - LLM Orchestration: Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, and Claude, including advanced prompt engineering. - Debugging & Reliability: Capable of identifying root causes of automation failures, refining logic, prompts, and integrations. - Cross-Functional Fluency: Ability to collaborate closely with teams like sales, recruiting, marketing, and support, understanding their unique workflows and challenges. - Responsible AI Practices: Commitment to data security, handling of sensitive information (PII, HIPAA, SOC2), and designing reliable fallback systems for human oversight. - Evangelism & Enablement: Experience creating clear, actionable documentation and training resources that foster adoption across organizations. THINGS YOU MIGHT DO - AI Workflow Triage: Identify and prioritize tasks ripe for automation across sales, support, recruiting, ops, and more. - Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build MVPs using Zapier, LLM APIs, and/or agent frameworks to remove bottlenecks. (ex: Auto-generate follow-up emails from CRM notes) - Embed With Teams: Once we find the closest match role to your functional and technical skills, you'll be hired onto that team - and work to uplevel performance and productivity within that specific function. - Scale Internal Tools: Turn prototypes into durable systems (adding error handling, observability, logging, and team handoffs) - Debug AI Failures: Investigate and resolve errors, refine prompts, and adjust logic when automations break. - Teach and Evangelize: Host workshops, build playbooks, and train team leads on when and how to use AI safely and effectively. - Measure and Optimize: Track hours saved, quality improvements, and adoption. In other words, quantify the business outcome of each deployment.
