We are looking for a talented and experienced Engineering Manager to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, with any additional experience in React JS and TypeScript being a strong plus. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, while also remaining technically involved to drive key projects forward.

In this role, you will balance management responsibilities with technical leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring career growth and development.
2. Oversee the design and development of software solutions, primarily using Python.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
4. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance by conducting regular code reviews and promoting best practices.
5. Stay hands-on and contribute to the codebase, especially on high-priority or complex projects.
6. Provide technical leadership and guidance, particularly in Python, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong hands-on experience with Python in a production environment.
2. Previous experience in leading or managing engineering teams.
3. Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
5. Any experience with React JS and TypeScript would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
2. Familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
3. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
