We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies, Llama, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI projects, developing innovative solutions that leverage the power of advanced AI technologies to drive business impact.

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-driven systems, and contribute to research and implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy AI solutions using Generative AI technologies, Llama, NLP, and LLMs.
2. Design and optimize AI models for various applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and accuracy.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply them to solve real-world problems.
4. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI models into production environments.
5. Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and improve them based on performance metrics.
6. Document AI research and implementation processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Llama, NLP, and LLMs.
2. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
3. Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models.
4. Understanding of neural networks, deep learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud-based AI solutions, such as AWS or GCP.
2. Familiarity with other AI frameworks and libraries.
3. Previous experience working in a research or product-focused AI role.
