Zamp is currently in the early stages of its development, providing engineers with a unique opportunity to build a new infrastructure platform from scratch. The company values first principles thinking, long-term vision, and short-term delivery.


As an engineering manager at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical vision while also rolling up your sleeves to contribute to the hands-on development of our cutting-edge products or services. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers while maintaining your technical expertise and contributing to projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is excited about being a part of groundbreaking solutions.

What we are actively looking for

  1. 10+ years of proven experience in Engineering and software development
  2. Fintech experience and Startup experience preferred
  3. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  4. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
  5. Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer requirements
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. A strong passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for continuous learning and professional development
