About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Paid Social team, focusing on Meta and Pinterest campaigns. This is an operational role, supporting the wider team in executing high-performing campaigns and ensuring smooth delivery across channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing automation, particularly with Smartly, and a strong understanding of marketing analytics and testing methodologies. You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance tracking, troubleshooting, and supporting the team in setting up and monitoring Conversion Lift Studies (CLS) on Meta and/or Pinterest. Additionally, you will maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) documentation for ongoing discussions with platform partners, ensuring transparency and resolution of key topics.
