DevOps & Charging System Engineer Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Operating and maintaining Zain s Charging System platforms and insure system availability. Also, recommending new initiatives in addition to resolving fraud related issues and revenue assurance discrepancies and generating different statistics and KPIs to maintain performance of the systems. Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to: Operate Charging System platforms including the Provisioning system, Voucher System, OCC etc. Follow DevOps global standards and apply them to automate repetitive work processes. Monitor Charging System license/capacity and the associated platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure functionality of related operations. Handle systems operations and resolve any problems that may arise. Follow-up on customer s problems and complaints. Handle any fraud related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contribute to the fraud-prevention measures.
