The Sr. Mail Messenger Clerk, under general supervision, performs a variety of routine activities including receiving and opening incoming mail, sorting for distribution, and collecting and delivering mail, messages, and reports throughout the home office and offsite.

- Receives and sorts incoming mail
- Operates special equipment to meter and weigh outgoing mail.
- Delivers mail to departments throughout the home office according to schedule.
- Picks up and delivers mail to various locations throughout the city, i.e., post office, Tower Life, etc.
- Performs special runs or errands for home office personnel upon request.
- Handles overnight mail, i.e., UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, etc.
- Provides assistance in other areas as needed and performs related duties as required.

- HS Degree
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 months in a mail room or related experience
