  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.

     

  • Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner.
  • Complete special projects as required by manager.
  • General office skills.
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Maintenance Admin Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers)
  • Deadline driven
