Front-End Developer - Secret Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Front-End Developer to join a Federal Program headquartered in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities of the Front-End Developer include:

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our flagship products: ISEC7 CLASSIFY and ISEC7 SPHERE.
• Focus primarily on ISEC7 SPHERE, a robust platform for managing and monitoring enterprise mobile infrastructure.
• Support the development of ISEC7 CLASSIFY, a user-friendly solution for classifying and securely sharing sensitive documents within Microsoft Office apps on both desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and implement smart, scalable frontend solutions using modern technologies and architectures.
• Embrace agile development practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay engaged with the evolving landscape of digital workplaces and IoT, helping to identify and implement new use cases and technologies.
• Work on long-term, stable projects that prioritize sustainability and reliability in enterprise environments, rather than frequently shifting short-term assignments.

Qualifications for the Front-End Developer include:

• 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and React.
• Deep passion for frontend development and a drive to build high-quality, user-centric applications.
• Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative development environment.
• Proficient with modern development tools such as Git, Continuous Integration systems, and related workflows.
• Comfortable working in a structured and self-motivated manner, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility for the success of the project.

Compensation for the Front-End Developer includes:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
