About the role

We are a med spa marketing agency. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven background in the Med Spa industry and administrative experience. Responsibilities: * Perform administrative tasks including data entry, email management, calendar scheduling, and organizing digital files. * Source, upload and manage content (text, images, videos) on websites and backend web applications. * Copy and paste text accurately into various digital platforms. * Sort and manage data within forms and spreadsheets. * Support client communications and customer service activities as needed. * Assist with CRM management, tracking leads, and updating client records. * Additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Prior experience working with CRM platforms. * Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. * Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace. * Curiosity, quick learning, and proactive problem-solving abilities. * Experience or strong familiarity with the med spa industry, including knowledge of treatments, client positioning, and customer demographics. Bonus Qualifications: * Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or following up with leads via phone/text. * Familiarity with platforms such as AirTable, GoHighLevel (GHL), or other relevant business tools. * Interest or experience in AI tools, especially those related to image and video generation technologies.
