About the role

The Membership Coordinator supports the final steps of YPO's member recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling prospective YPO member interviews with current YPO members. The Membership Coordinator professionally communicates and liaises between all parties to coordinate a common time for interviews, creates calendar invitations and video conferences, and attends interviews to ensure properly functioning technology and overall facilitation. The Membership Coordinator will support stakeholders in a Region that covers multiple time zones thus requiring flexible and occasional extended hours.
