ABOUT CONTENT FUELED:
Content Fueled helps B2B agency founders sign more clients through strategic video content on LinkedIn and YouTube (in less than 3 hours a week). We build YouTube channels that actually move the needle. More booked calls, a stronger personal brand, and better opportunities - all through a content system that does the heavy lifting for you.
Trusted by 50+ B2B agencies, we've helped generate over $1.5M in revenue for our clients, with a 95% satisfaction rate and an average of 2.5x more booked calls. We're a small, focused team that cares about real results over flashy numbers. Content that converts, that’s what we do. We're a fully remote, fast-growing team working with agency founders across the globe, and we're building the kind of business where the right people can grow with it.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Video Editor at Content Fueled, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality YouTube content for a portfolio of B2B agency clients. Your role is to take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging videos that reflect each client's brand, hold viewers' attention, and ultimately help them win more business.
This is a hands-on editing role, but editing is only part of it. You'll work closely with our YouTube Strategy Lead, build out editing styles for new clients from scratch, and deliver edits you'd be genuinely proud to put your name on.
You'll be naturally organised, a strong communicator, and someone who takes real ownership of their work. Get this right, and be a key part of what we’re building.
--
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit high-quality YouTube videos for a portfolio of B2B clients - following established style guides and brand guidelines
- Build editing styles for new clients - develop and refine their look and feel through early feedback rounds until it's locked in
- Own your quality assurance - before any edit is submitted internally, you've checked for technical issues (audio, colour, captions), spelling and grammar, and alignment with the agreed style
- Manage your own deadlines in ClickUp - flagging early if scope changes or timelines are at risk
- Upgrade the process with AI and automation - increasing quality and speed of delivery consistetly
- Communicate proactively - respond to messages and project updates consistently; the team should always know where things stand
- Incorporate feedback efficiently - take clear direction from the YouTube Strategy Lead and minimise revision rounds through strong first drafts
- Stay curious about the platform - keep an eye on what's working on YouTube in terms of pacing, structure and hooks, and bring those insights into your edits
--
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have 1-2+ years of video editing experience, whether agency-side or freelance - a strong portfolio speaks for itself
- You're proficient in Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
- You have proven experience editing for YouTube - you understand the platform and what content lands
- You have talking head editing experience - this is the core of what we do
- You're highly organised and reliable - you can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You're a strong communicator who responds promptly and flags issues proactively - this is non-negotiable
- You're passionate about AI and its role in the creative business
- You take quality personally - you don't just hit send when it's "good enough"
- You take feedback well - plus, you act on it quickly, without needing to be micromanaged
- You're comfortable working remotely and managing your own time and workload
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with B2B or professional content and understand that tone and pace
- Have a basic understanding of YouTube strategy (titles, thumbnails, retention hooks)
- Have experience following or building style guides across multiple clients

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- You'll be measured on things you can actually control - not vanity metrics, but the inputs that drive great outcomes for clients:
- Communication - you reply consistently, flag issues early, and the team always knows where things stand
- On-time delivery - your edits consistently hit internal deadlines, even as project scopes shift
- Low revision rounds - your first drafts are close to the mark, reducing back-and-forth with clients
- Edit cycle time - from brief to final delivery, you're hitting a consistent and improving turnaround
- Zero preventable errors - spelling mistakes, audio issues and technical slip-ups are caught by you before anyone else sees them
- Client retention (team contribution) - the clients you work on stay around, because the content is excellent, the process is smooth and they LOVE working with us
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Salary: €1,500-€2,000/month (depending on experience)
- Full-time role with core hours and genuine flexibility around them - hit your objectives and how you structure your time is up to you
- Fully remote - work from wherever works for you
- Real progression - the natural path is Senior Editor and beyond into a Team Lead position as we scale
- A front-row seat to what's working on YouTube - you'll be working on content for some of the most recognised names in the B2B agency world
- A culture built on honesty and growth - we're straight-talking, growth-minded and flexible. No micromanagement, no politics. Do great work, hit your goals, and you’ll thrive
