Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a YouTube Video Editor + Director of Photography (DOP). In this role, you will manage all aspects of video production, including script interpretation, shooting, lighting, and editing. You will create and execute engaging YouTube content, ensuring high production quality. Your creative and technical skills will complement each other to help brands and creators achieve exponential growth on the YouTube platform. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams will be essential to align content with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Video Production, including shooting, lighting, and directing to create compelling visuals
- Proficiency in Video Editing tools and software, with a strong sense of storytelling
- In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, content optimization, and audience engagement strategies
- Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients
- Knowledge of Marketing concepts and strategies that drive audience growth and brand recognition
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines efficiently
- Experience in short-form and long-form content production is a plus
- Relevant degree or certification in film production, media, or related fields is preferred
