Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a YouTube Video Editor + Director of Photography (DOP). The role involves editing and producing high-quality video content tailored for YouTube, managing video production workflows, and creatively directing photography elements for video shoots. A successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams, ensure alignment with brand strategies, and stay current with industry trends to create impactful and engaging content that supports audience growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production, with a strong understanding of post-production processes and tools.
• Experience with YouTube content creation and best practices for platform-specific growth and optimization.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of Marketing concepts and how they align with video content strategies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced challenges.
• Knowledge of camera operation and directing photography for video production.
• Familiarity with analytics-driven content strategies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
