About the Role
Branding Pioneers is looking for a YouTube SEO Intern who wants to build a career in YouTube growth, healthcare marketing, AI, and content strategy.
You will work on real YouTube channels of doctors, hospitals and healthcare brands, learning how to rank videos, increase subscribers, improve watch time and grow channels organically.

- Research keywords for healthcare videos.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions and tags.
- Create SEO-friendly playlists.
- Add chapters, end screens and cards.
- Upload and optimize videos.
Content Research
- Research trending healthcare topics.
- Study competitor channels.
- Identify patient search trends.
- Suggest video ideas for doctors and hospitals.
- Create monthly content calendars.
Analytics
- Track views, subscribers and watch time.
- Monitor keyword rankings.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements for channel growth.
AI Tools (Mandatory)
You should be comfortable learning and using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Google AI Studio
- Perplexity
- TubeBuddy
- vidIQ
AI will be used daily for research, keyword planning and content optimization.
Eligibility
To apply, you should have:
- Completed a YouTube SEO or Digital Marketing course.
- Completed at least one internship in Digital Marketing, SEO or Content Marketing.
- Managed your own YouTube channel or helped grow a YouTube channel (preferred).
- Basic understanding of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics.
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have an interest in healthcare marketing.
- Have managed a YouTube channel, even as a personal project.
- Understand YouTube Shorts and long-form content.
- Know basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
- Are curious, self-driven and eager to learn.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete:
- Resume Screening
- YouTube SEO Knowledge Test
- Practical Assignment (Channel Audit & Keyword Research)
- Final Interview
Candidates will be asked to audit a healthcare YouTube channel, suggest SEO improvements and prepare a one-month content plan as part of the selection process.
