We are looking for a YouTube Optimization Specialist who can lead the growth and search visibility of our YouTube presence.
Experience Required - 6 months of experience managing and growing YouTube channels with strong skills in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics and tools like vidIQ or TubeBuddy.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize videos with proper keywords, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, end screens and cards to improve reach and CTR.
- Analyze video performance (CTR, audience retention, views) and run A/B tests on titles and thumbnails to improve results.
- Manage daily channel activities, monitor competitors and trends, and report key metrics like AVD, CTR and subscriber growth.
Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office
Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month
Work Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
