BabyBillion is the #1 most-watched YouTube channel in the world - across all categories, not just kids.
As of early 2026, we have 7.4 billion monthly views and 270 million unique monthly viewers. We are a short-form channel built from scratch in Bengaluru in December 2023. We are not backed by a legacy media house. We did not buy our way here. We built a content system that outperforms every channel on the planet - including MrBeast, T-Series, and every major studio.
Our mission is to deliver content that entertains and educates children aged 2-9 while building a global brand that makes India proud. We are targeting 20 billion monthly views in 2026 and 100 billion by 2030.

About This Role
This is a core operational and strategic role in BabyBillion's content engine. You will own the daily Shorts pipeline - from ideation and scheduling to performance analysis and iteration. You will work directly with our content, editing, and creative teams to ensure every short we publish is set up to perform.
This is not a coordinator role. This is a high-ownership, data-driven content function with direct visibility to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish 2 Shorts daily (morning and evening slots), maintaining STR above 80% and APV above 100%, with scheduling locked 1-2 weeks in advance in coordination with the editing team.
- Run weekly performance reviews on STR, APV, and view velocity - identify patterns, diagnose underperformers, and translate findings into actionable changes to the content pipeline.
- Conduct structured research on top-performing kids' content globally each month - surface at least 2 concrete, pipeline-ready insights per research cycle, with evidence.
- Own the monthly creative calendar - map content themes to major kids' events, Indian festivals, and seasonal moments to maximize relevance and advance scheduling.
- Identify and remove workflow bottlenecks across content, editing, and upload operations - reduce manual intervention and improve pipeline predictability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years managing a YouTube channel actively (not consulting, not assisting - directly owning upload schedules, performance, and strategy)
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of YouTube performance metrics, including STR (Swipe-to-View Ratio) and APV (Average Percentage Viewed).
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements to drive retention and engagement.
- Strong research skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with creative and production teams.
- Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in optimizing content strategies for growth.
