Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site YouTube Manager role based in Mohali district. The YouTube Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Code Brew Labs’ YouTube channel, including content planning, video optimization, analytics tracking, and audience engagement. The role will involve strategizing content themes, collaborating with creative teams for production, and ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and marketing goals. The chosen candidate will also oversee publishing schedules, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance visibility and subscriber growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video optimization, YouTube SEO, and managing YouTube analytics
- Experience in creating content calendars, audience growth strategies, and brand-aligned visual narratives
- Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, and thumbnail creation
- Proven skills in digital marketing, social media strategies, and online community engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with YouTube algorithm changes and trends to optimize performance
- Prior experience with video production tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
