Your job: Scale YouTube & Instagram using data, not guesswork.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end growth strategy
• Build repeatable content formats (IPs)
• Improve:

Hooks

Retention

Titles & thumbnails

• Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does.
• Work with editors to execute fast
• Build a content system that drives views + revenue
• Track:

Retention %

CTR

Watch time

Subscriber growth

Revenue impact

Who You Are:

• You’ve scaled YouTube or Instagram channels (proof required)
• You understand how platforms actually distribute content
• You think in formats, not random posts
• You use data to make decisions
