We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven YouTube Growth Strategist to scale Vedantu’s educational presence on YouTube.

This role goes beyond traditional channel management. You will identify emerging creators, mentor talent, and design high-retention educational content that can scale across the South Indian audience.

Language Requirement:

Native-level fluency in Tamil or Telugu is mandatory, as the role focuses heavily on the South Indian creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1] Content Strategy & Growth

• Develop high-performance strategies for long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Optimize hooks, titles, thumbnails, and scripts to maximize click-through rate and average view duration.

2] Regional Content Strategy

• Localize content for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana audiences.
• Align content with regional culture, trends, and student aspirations.

3] Analytics & Optimization

• Use YouTube Analytics and growth tools to track viewer retention, drop-off points, and engagement.
• Run weekly audits and iterate content strategy based on performance data.

4] Creator Mentorship

• Work closely with creators and production teams to maintain high-quality educational storytelling.
• Ensure creator energy and authenticity translate into engaging educational content.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in YouTube growth or digital content strategy, preferably in EdTech or educational content.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, retention metrics, and content optimization.
• Experience using YouTube Studio, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or similar tools.
• Ability to scout and nurture early-stage creator talent.
• Deep understanding of Tamil or Telugu digital audiences.
• A growth mindset with a strong hustle attitude toward discovering raw talent.
