Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a YouTube Growth Strategist. In this role, you will develop and execute effective strategies to grow the company's YouTube channel and enhance audience engagement. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing video content for SEO, collaborating with content creators, and implementing campaigns to boost reach and subscriptions. You will also manage content schedules and stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative growth strategies.

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
