YouTube Growth Specialist

We’re looking for someone who understands YouTube beyond content — someone who can drive growth through thumbnails, analytics, and strategy.

This is a performance-focused role where you will be responsible for scaling YouTube channels end-to-end.

Key Skills Required (Non-Negotiable)

Thumbnail Optimization

• Strong understanding of high CTR thumbnails
• Ability to create or direct thumbnails that drive click
• Knowledge of visual hooks, curiosity gaps, and Indian audience behavior

YouTube Analytics & Growth

• Experience in growing YouTube channels
• Deep understanding of CTR, watch time, retention, and impressions
• Ability to analyze performance and take data-driven decisions

YouTube SEO

• Keyword research for YouTube
• Writing optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
• Understanding of ranking and discoverability

Content Clipping & Scaling

• Ability to identify viral moments from long-form content
• Experience with Shorts and high-volume content output
• Understanding of multi-video scaling (YouTube farming)

YouTube Ads

• Experience running and optimizing YouTube Ads
• Understanding paid vs organic growth

Market Understanding

• Strong understanding of the Indian YouTube ecosystem
• Ability to identify high-growth niches and content opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Scale YouTube channels across different categories
• Improve CTR, retention, and overall performance
• Run experiments on thumbnails, titles, and formats
• Conduct channel audits and identify growth opportunities
