Are you someone who understands how YouTube really works? Do you know how to grow a channel from scratch, increase subscribers, improve watch time, and turn content into revenue? If yes, we’re looking for you.
This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the YouTube channel — from strategy to execution to monetization.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🎥 Channel Management (End-to-End Ownership)
- Manage the YouTube channel on a daily basis
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Upload, schedule, and optimize videos
- Ensure branding consistency across thumbnails, banners, descriptions, and playlists
📈 Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop strategies to increase subscribers, views, and watch time
- Understand and leverage the YouTube algorithm
- Identify trending topics and viral opportunities
- Optimize CTR (Click-Through Rate) and audience retention
- Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats
🔎 YouTube SEO & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research for video topics
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, and hashtags
- Improve search ranking and suggested video performance
- Create high-converting thumbnails and video hooks
💰 Monetization & Revenue Growth
- Manage AdSense and YouTube monetization policies
- Explore additional revenue streams (brand collaborations, affiliate marketing, memberships, sponsorships, digital products)
- Identify opportunities to increase RPM and overall channel revenue
- Work towards scaling revenue through strategic content planning
📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor YouTube Studio and analytics regularly
- Track KPIs such as watch time, retention rate, CTR, engagement, subscriber growth, and revenue
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports
- Use data insights to improve content and growth strategy
🤝 Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators
- Suggest content formats (shorts, long-form, series-based content)
- Ensure content quality aligns with audience expectations
