We’re building a podcast-led personal brand—and we need someone who can turn conversations into content that people actually follow.
What You’ll Do
- Grow the podcast on YouTube (titles, thumbnails, hooks, retention)
- Turn 1 podcast into multiple pieces (Reels, Shorts, carousels, posts)
- Research topics, trends, and content angles
- Manage guest outreach, scheduling & follow-ups
- Handle social media & build audience engagement
- Track performance and improve content strategy
