🎯 Your Mission
Own and drive the complete YouTube growth strategy—transform insights into action and content into measurable results.
🔍 What You’ll Do
✔️ Drive end-to-end YouTube growth strategy (Subscribers, Watch Time, Engagement)
✔️ Analyze YouTube Analytics to uncover growth opportunities
✔️ Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, tags, descriptions)
✔️ Improve CTR, retention & engagement through experiments
✔️ Plan content strategies based on trends & audience behavior
✔️ Conduct A/B testing (thumbnails, titles, formats)
✔️ Collaborate with content, editing & marketing teams
✔️ Stay updated with algorithm changes & implement winning strategies
🧠 What You Bring
✅ 5–6+ years of experience in YouTube growth / video strategy
✅ Strong knowledge of YouTube Analytics & performance metrics
✅ Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms
✅ Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking
✅ Ability to convert insights into scalable strategies
✅ Strong communication & collaboration skills

✨ Experience in wellness / lifestyle / educational content
✨ Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ
✨ Strong sense of thumbnails, hooks & storytelling
