🚨 We're Hiring | YouTube Graphic Designer & Channel Manager
Gunjan IVF World is looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Graphic Designer & Channel Manager to join our team and help grow our educational healthcare content.

Our mission is to make IVF, fertility, and reproductive health information accessible, trustworthy, and easy to understand for thousands of people through digital platforms.
📍 Location: Indirapuram (Ghaziabad – Delhi NCR)
🕒 Role: Full-time | In-house
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword and topic research for video content
• Design engaging, high-quality YouTube thumbnails
• Create channel banners, video covers, and community post graphics
• Upload and optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags
• Maintain playlists and overall channel organization
• Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for CTR and engagement
• Collaborate with the content team to improve video presentation
Required Skills
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Understanding of YouTube thumbnails and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization
• Ability to maintain consistent visual branding
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience working with YouTube channels
• Portfolio of YouTube thumbnails or channel work required
• Ability to share channel performance or growth examples (preferred)
