Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a YouTube Executive. The YouTube Executive will manage and optimize YouTube channels, oversee video content production, devise engaging content strategies, and analyze performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing YouTube marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and fostering audience engagement initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and external creators will be integral to achieving channel growth and audience satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing tools and techniques to create and deliver high-quality content
- Strong Communication and Marketing skills for audience engagement, campaign planning, and channel promotion
- Extensive knowledge and experience in YouTube channel management, including optimization, analytics, SEO, and policy compliance
- Ability to collaborate with content creators and internal teams effectively
- Familiarity with trends in digital media and video content
- Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects
- Previous experience with YouTube or OTT channel management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
