🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst – YouTube who is passionate about digital content and analytics. This role involves analyzing channel performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and optimize content strategy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️Generate regular performance reports (views, CTR, audience retention, revenue, etc.)

✔️Analyze content trends and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities

✔️Build and maintain datasets and dashboards for tracking channel performance

✔️Provide actionable insights to improve content and publishing strategy

✔️Collaborate closely with content and distribution teams for daily decision-making

✔️Monitor and evaluate YouTube channel performance metrics

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel / Google Sheets

✔️Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus

✔️Solid understanding of YouTube Analytics and digital video metrics

✔️Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔️Experience in media, news, or digital content is preferred
