We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to identify, approach, engage, and onboard high-quality creators onto LYKSTAGE.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working primarily with YouTube creators and a good understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem. The role will focus on building LYKSTAGE’s creator network by identifying relevant creators, communicating the platform’s value proposition, managing outreach and follow-ups, and successfully converting creators into active LYKSTAGE channels.
For the right candidate, compensation will be competitive and in line with industry standards, based on experience and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant YouTube creators across different content categories, languages, and audience segments.
- Proactively reach out to creators through email, social media, phone, creator managers, agencies, MCNs, and other relevant channels.
- Present and explain the LYKSTAGE platform, creator benefits, monetization opportunities, and onboarding process.
- Build relationships with YouTubers, creator managers, talent agencies, and creator networks.
- Follow up consistently with prospective creators and convert qualified leads into active LYKSTAGE creators.
- Guide creators through the complete onboarding process, including account creation, channel setup, verification, and initial content uploads.
- Work closely with internal product and operations teams to resolve creator questions or onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach trackers, follow-up schedules, and onboarding status reports.
- Ensure onboarded creators become active on the platform and begin uploading content.
- Identify opportunities to onboard creator communities, agencies, MCNs, and creator networks at scale.
- Stay updated on emerging YouTube creators, trending categories, content formats, and creator ecosystem developments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably working primarily with YouTube creators, creator partnerships, creator acquisition, influencer marketing, talent management, or MCNs.
- Candidates with significant hands-on experience dealing directly with YouTubers will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem and creator motivations.
- Ability to communicate and sell a new platform proposition effectively to creators.
- Strong outreach, relationship-building, follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Existing relationships with YouTube creators, creator managers, agencies, or MCNs would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and outreach trackers.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline.
Fresh graduates from marketing, media, mass communication, or related backgrounds may also be considered if they demonstrate strong familiarity with the YouTube creator ecosystem and relevant practical experience.

- Number of qualified YouTube creators identified.
- Number of creators contacted and engaged.
- Creator response and conversion rate.
- Number of creators successfully onboarded onto LYKSTAGE.
- Number of verified and active creator channels.
- Percentage of onboarded creators who upload content and remain active.
- Number of videos/content uploaded by newly onboarded creators.
- Growth and quality of the LYKSTAGE creator network.
- Development of relationships with creator agencies, MCNs, and creator communities
