Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Channel Operations Executive, located in Rohini, New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, overseeing video uploads, optimizing video metadata, and ensuring SEO best practices. The role involves coordinating with content creators and editors, monitoring performance analytics, planning and implementing marketing strategies, and fostering audience engagement through communication on the platform.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Video Production and Video Editing for digital platforms
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Marketing techniques and strategies, particularly for digital platforms
- Knowledge of YouTube operations, including analytics, SEO, and audience engagement
- Proven ability to analyze data to enhance content performance
- Experience in the animation or kids' content industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
