We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Channel Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing and growing YouTube channels. The candidate should understand content planning, video publishing, audience engagement, and basic channel growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily YouTube channel operations
- Upload and schedule videos, Shorts, and community posts
- Write engaging titles, descriptions, hashtags, and tags
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and content team
- Plan content calendars and publishing schedules
- Monitor video performance and audience engagement
- Maintain playlists, thumbnails, and channel organization
- Research trending topics and viral content ideas
- Handle copyright checks and YouTube policy guidelines
- Support channel growth through basic optimization strategies
- Assist in scripting, shoot coordination, and content planning
- Track analytics like views, watch time, CTR, and retention
- Manage comments and community engagement professionally
- Work on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content distribution
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in YouTube channel management
- Basic understanding of YouTube Studio and analytics
- Knowledge of trending content, Shorts, and social media platforms
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of video editing and thumbnail concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of kids, entertainment, devotional, or animation content
