About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and creative YouTube Channel Manager to handle and grow 10+ YouTube channels. This is a full-time onsite role where you will learn and manage multiple channels with complete training provided.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for better reach (SEO)
- Monitor channel performance and analytics
- Maintain content schedules and consistency
- Implement strategies to increase views, subscribers, and engagement
- Stay updated with YouTube trends and algorithm changes
Requirements- Basic understanding of YouTube (uploading, titles, thumbnails)
- Interest in content creation and digital media
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, browser tools, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and time management skills
