About the Role
- We are looking for a Brand Growth Associate who understands digital content, audience behavior, and platform growth.
- This role focuses on building brand growth through organic IPs and content, with a strong focus on YouTube-driven growth. The ideal candidate should understand YouTube content strategy, audience retention, channel growth, and platform optimization.
- The role sits at the intersection of content strategy, platform management, audience engagement, and growth experimentation. We are looking for someone who can combine execution with strategic thinking and contribute to long-term audience and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
YouTube Growth & Channel Management
- Own YouTube channel growth and retention metrics
- Manage and publish content across YouTube and digital platforms
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, keywords, and publishing structure
- Maintain content calendars and publishing consistency
- Track channel performance and recommend growth strategies
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Ideate YouTube content formats, hooks, storytelling angles, and engagement-led concepts
- Collaborate on brand storytelling and IP-led narratives
- Identify trends, audience interests, and content opportunities
- Support creative experimentation and testing across formats
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Drive audience growth through platform optimization and content strategy
- Improve engagement, reach, retention, watch time, and community interaction
- Monitor audience behavior and recommend improvements
- Build strategies for long-term audience retention and organic growth
Performance & Analytics
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, retention, watch time, CTR, and subscriber growth
- Generate reports and actionable recommendations
- Continuously optimize content based on performance insights
Research & Trend Tracking
- Stay updated on YouTube trends, platform updates, and evolving audience behavior
- Study competitor and category content strategies
- Bring fresh ideas and growth opportunities to the team
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, YouTube growth, digital marketing, or audience growth
- Strong understanding of YouTube content performance and audience engagement
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO, metadata optimization, keywords, tagging, and platform best practices
- Understanding of audience retention and watch-time optimization
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple content workflows efficiently
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive
- Good to Have (Brownie Points)
- Experience working with content-led or D2C brands
- Understanding of video content ecosystems and audience retention
- Exposure to creator/influencer-led content
- Familiarity with analytics and content optimization tools
- Interest in kids, parenting, entertainment, or lifestyle content
