Role Description The Youth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering youth-focused activities and programs. This role includes overseeing daily sessions, guiding youth through adventure-based and educational experiences, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. The Youth Lead will mentor participants, facilitate group discussions, and help them set and achieve personal development goals. They will collaborate with other team members to design program curricula, manage schedules, and support logistical arrangements for events and outings. The role also involves engaging with parents and community stakeholders, tracking participation and feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of youth programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with youth, families, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Social Work-related skills or experience in community or youth development settings.
- Candidates should have the ability to create inclusive, safe, and engaging environments for diverse youth participants.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities and schedules.
- Candidates should have experience facilitating group activities, workshops, or outdoor programs (adventure or educational experience is an advantage).
- Candidates should ideally hold a relevant qualification in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Youth Development, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
