This is mentorship,<br>advocacy, empowerment, and genuine human connection.<br>We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals who want to make a<br>lasting impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a supportive and encouraging<br>environment.<br><br>Why YEP?<br>β Supportive leadership team with hands-on guidance<br>β Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance<br>β Person-centered and trauma-informed approach<br>β Team-focused environment where your voice matters<br>β Opportunities for professional growth and development<br>β Focus on relationship-building and individualized support<br>β Leadership that values and supports staff<br><br>About the Role<br>β Provide meaningful support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities<br>β Help individuals build independence, confidence, communication skills, and life skills<br>β Create positive experiences through mentorship, encouragement, and advocacy<br><br>β Work in an environment where leadership genuinely supports staff success<br><br>What Youβll Do<br>β Support individuals in home and community settings<br>β Assist with cooking, cleaning, hygiene support, organization, and medication reminders<br>β Encourage participation in social and community activities<br>β Support personal goal achievement and independence-building<br>β Build positive relationships with families and team members<br>β Complete case notes and clock in/out using AxisCare<br>β Maintain accurate documentation<br>β Promote a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment<br><br>Requirements<br>β High school diploma or equivalent preferred<br>β Experience in caregiving or direct support is a plus<br>β Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>β Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br>β Must be willing and comfortable transporting individuals in your personal vehicle<br>β Mileage reimbursement provided when using your vehicle for approved transportation<br>β Must complete required background clearances<br>β Valid driverβs license required<br>β Current registration, inspection, and auto insurance required<br>β Willingness to learn and grow within the role<br><br>Training & Orientation<br>We offer flexible orientation options, including self-directed training and/or paid in-person<br>orientation sessions.<br>ODP trainings may be completed during orientation or independently.
